I'm a senior product designer specializing in user growth and conversion optimization. Over 8 years at The Intercept, I progressed from designer to lead to design manager, learning to own the complete product cycle—from strategic opportunity identification through design execution to data analysis and measurement.

Most designers work in well-resourced environments with dedicated PMs and analysts. I learned to operate autonomously, and demonstrated impact by identifying growth opportunities, designing solutions, configuring analytics, running A/B tests, and analyzing results myself. I can drive impact without heavy organizational support, which is exactly what early-stage companies need.

My recent work includes improving email capture conversion 4x (from 1.5% to 6%) through systematic testing and optimization, generating 105,000+ new subscribers and 32% list growth in 4 months. I also led cross-functional workshops to shift organizational thinking from retention to acquisition, and designed information architecture systems that improved content discoverability.

I'm exploring product design roles focused on growth, conversion optimization, and user acquisition—whether that's B2B SaaS, edtech, or creator economy platforms. I thrive in environments where I can both think strategically and execute rapidly, where design has organizational support, and where iteration happens in days rather than months.

Outside of work, I continue my mutual-aid based social art practice, train for half marathons, and spend time studying languages. Based in New York City.

Currently available for full-time roles and fractional/contract work.
